Supplier Terms & Conditions

These Supplier Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Nuammer platform as a supplier. By registering as a supplier on Nuammer, you agree to be bound by these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

Nuammer provides a supplier intelligence directory connecting suppliers of construction materials, interior design products, and smart home solutions with buyers across the GCC region.

To register as a supplier on Nuammer, you must be a legally registered business entity in one or more GCC countries. You must have a valid commercial registration and all necessary permits and licenses to operate in your respective jurisdiction.

Individuals acting on behalf of a company must have the authority to bind the company to these terms. Nuammer reserves the right to reject any supplier application that does not meet our eligibility criteria.

As a supplier, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of your profile information, including company name, description, contact details, and product listings. All information must be provided in both English and Arabic where applicable.

You must promptly update your profile to reflect any changes in your business information, product offerings, or operational status. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in profile suspension.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform, including product images, descriptions, and catalogues. By uploading content, you grant Nuammer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

All content must be accurate, not misleading, and comply with applicable laws and regulations. You must not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, contains false or deceptive information, or violates any applicable laws.

When a buyer submits a catalogue request through the platform, you will receive the request along with the buyer's contact information. You agree to respond to catalogue requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 48 business hours.

You agree to handle buyer information received through catalogue requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Buyer information must only be used for the purpose of fulfilling the catalogue request and any subsequent business relationship.

During the current beta period, registration and listing on Nuammer is free of charge. Nuammer reserves the right to introduce fees, subscription plans, or commission structures in the future with at least 30 days' advance notice.

Any future fee changes will be communicated via email to your registered address and posted on the platform. You will have the option to terminate your account if you do not agree to the new fee structure.

All supplier accounts are subject to a verification process. During verification, Nuammer may request additional documentation, including commercial registration certificates, trade licenses, and proof of business operations.

Verified suppliers receive a verification badge on their profile. Nuammer reserves the right to revoke verification status at any time if a supplier is found to have provided false information or violated these terms.

As a supplier, you must not: create multiple accounts for the same business; manipulate ratings or reviews; engage in spam or unsolicited communications through the platform; list products or services that are illegal in any GCC country; misrepresent your business capabilities, certifications, or product specifications.

You must not use the platform to collect buyer information for purposes unrelated to legitimate business transactions, or share buyer information with third parties without their explicit consent.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload to the platform. You agree to indemnify Nuammer against any claims arising from the infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

The Nuammer name, logo, and platform design are trademarks of Nuammer. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent, except as necessary to identify your listing on the platform.

Nuammer may suspend or terminate your supplier account for violation of these terms, receipt of complaints from buyers, failure to respond to catalogue requests consistently, providing false or misleading information, or engaging in prohibited activities.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified of the reason and given an opportunity to address the issue. If your account is terminated, you may request your content to be returned or deleted within 30 days of termination.

Nuammer is not liable for any losses or damages arising from: transactions between suppliers and buyers; inaccuracies in buyer information; technical issues or platform downtime; unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security.

Nuammer's total liability to you under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Nuammer in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Supplier Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

For suppliers operating in other GCC countries, applicable local commercial laws may apply in addition to these terms where required by law.
