By accessing or using the Nuammer platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the platform, including buyers, suppliers, designers, and administrators.

Nuammer is a supplier intelligence directory that connects suppliers of construction materials, interior design products, and smart home solutions with buyers across the GCC region. The platform enables buyers to discover verified suppliers, browse product catalogues, and submit catalogue requests.

Nuammer acts as an intermediary platform and does not directly sell products, provide warranties, or guarantee transactions between suppliers and buyers.

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the platform and for any activities or actions under your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the platform to: upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; impersonate any person or entity; interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers; engage in any form of automated data collection without our consent.

You agree not to use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you agree to comply with all local laws and regulations applicable to your use of the platform, including those of the Kingdom of Bahrain and other GCC states.

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nuammer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

Supplier profiles and product listings on Nuammer are provided by the suppliers themselves. While we verify supplier identities and credentials, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing content.

Nuammer reserves the right to remove or modify any listing that violates these terms or our content guidelines, without prior notice to the supplier.

When you submit a catalogue request through the platform, your contact information will be shared with the relevant supplier to facilitate the request. Suppliers are expected to respond to catalogue requests in a timely manner.

Nuammer is not responsible for the content of catalogues provided by suppliers, nor for any transactions or agreements made between buyers and suppliers outside of the platform.

In no event shall Nuammer, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Nuammer's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Nuammer in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nuammer and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

For users in other GCC countries, local consumer protection laws may apply in addition to these terms where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
